Bitmap images are made up of tiny little squares called pixels. A bitmap image will only remain clear at a certain distance. Once you zoom in too far, a bitmap image becomes "pixellated" or blurry. One program you can use to create bitmap images is Photoshop. Vector images are different than bitmap because they are made up of lines. Also, no matter how far you zoom in on a vector image, the image will remain clear. The program used to create vector images is called Adobe Illustrator.
So far my favorite activity in class has been working with Adobe Illustrator because I enjoy making logos.
